. The mattress itself measures 24" x 38" x 1.5". I really like how this Naturepedic organic mattress features organic and healthy materials for your baby's safety and comfort. The non-toxic fire barrier system is also a great feature. It is very difficult to find a quality 100% organic crib mattress, but this one fits the bill. It is also fairly reasonably priced for being made of 100% organic cotton.
